Internet chating

May 3, 2007

I think people today are very interested in chating through the internet. Writing chating is more interesting, because when you chat and type words you have time to think and formulate your thoughts, you can type then read what you have typed, and think how it gonna seem to you partner. Earlier many people have been chating through the mail post, they were writing letters, having mail friends, ofcourse now there are also people who like letters, but now it is more simple to write a mail to your friend, it is no need to write on a paper, to send it post office and etc. All you need is internet and free time. The same with SMS. SMS chating is as popular as E-Mail and Chats. So people who have difficulties in chating personally now can chat virtually. Moreover as i said it is more interesting. The factor that you don’t have visual contact with your partner plays important role, it gives you confidence and imagination apportunity. Maybe I’m quite retarded, I don’t enjoy virtual chating on the Internet, but I like chating on SMS, and I think everybody likes chating without visual contact, it feels more intriguing. Some times people are serious in their chat feeling, as I heard somewhere before “You can be really fair only with unfamiliar person”, so it can lead from virtual relations to real.

Wireless technologies became popular in 1940s.

First mobile phones appeared in that period, but wireless technologies have not done big advance during last sixty years. According to others devices wireless technology’s progress goes on very slowly. Where is our videophone in our watches? Ofcourse few countries have videophone technologies, countries such as Japan, US, China, South Korea. What about the rest. Countries which have it are leading countries in technological progress. But not only techlogical barrier exists. Another big problem is security, security and privacy. The problem is that wireless technologies have big security disadventage. It is posible to intercept signal of wireless devices. Hackers can easily breake protection which is set up by producers. To be sure your private information or contacts are in secure you need to install extra protection or limit your usage of it.

Wi-Fi technology becomes popular nowadays. It is used in offices and other workplaces, it is constructed to cover all working area. But plotter or hacker can work from his car under the windows of this office. He can get access, he only needs a card, if he gets it once he gets unlimited access to the offices’ wireless net..

The very popular kind of cheating is “grabbing”. I do not know defenetly how it works, but i know that all you need is computer and NTV+ or jamal or antennas like that. The main principle of its work is that your antenna grabs everything that passes through wireless chanels. Ofcourse such kind of getting innformation is illegal.

So wireless technologies have big potencial, it is developing and becomes more and more popular, but at the same time it have many disadvantages and needed to be more elaborated.

We live our private life at home, but at work or out in the streets we are surveid.

But this surveillance is in consider of security, all that cameras on streets and supermarkets arefor our security. If you are not doing something illegal you shouldn’t be bothered by this surveillance.

I’ve never had problems that were caused by surveillance, but if it is, there would be two variants:

1) It is my fault, i’ve done something wrong

2)People who used the information are wrong.

I think to avoid second problem the private information should be kept safer. Surveillance is the by-product of our security systems and globalisation. But there are more adventages that disadventages in it. Terrorism, robbery, breach of laws on roads and etc. have became less possible.

We should use internet and telephone more carefully, I heard that telephone lines are being bugged, when you say for example president’s surname, your speach is automatically recorded. So if you want to attempt president’s life, you shouldn’t discuss it on telephone! ;)

The Internet nowadays contains too much dirt and rubbish. That problem is caused by the “freedom” of the Internet. Anyone can create the pageand publish on it whatever he wants, that is why Internet is full of unnecessary things, some information are simply dublicated, the same file can be placed in thousands of different pages. Some pages are not being updated, that pages are automaticaly deleted but links are still there, so there are many links that lead to nowhere. Piracy problems with music and movies are all caused by that “freedom”. I think that all that problem could be solved easily if the Internet providers would spend more tome and money on “cleaning” the Internet

I think, that participatory journalism will not ever be treated seriously, as  professional journalism.  Even it’s popularity is growing, among ordinary people there are readers and participators, but it is temporary event. Moreover especially in Kazakhstan only minority (young people) enjoy reading on-line news, majority prefer watch TV news or read newspapers. For participatory journalism to become popular in Kazakhstan it will take minimum 8-10 years.

The cause of such misery was the pouring rain, which lasted three days.

That disaster took at least 20 peoples lives away, and about 340 thousands of citizens have been left homeless.

The water in Jakarta is heavily polluted, and became inapplicable to drink! Moreover that can cause the spread of diseases.jakarta.jpg

BenQ Siemens is about to fall down!!!

What is the reason for bankruptcy of such a big concern?

The reason is the low sales of their production, especially cell phones. Taiwan’s BenQ said it lost $600 million in the first nine months of the year, and intends to sell off some of its non-core assets in order to recover from a costly and futile effort to turnaround the cell phone business it acquired from Siemens.

I think that Siemens should do better promotion of their products, because most of the buyers are teenagers who are the slaves of the fashion, if Siemens would have spent more money on their PR they wouldn’t be in such dangerous situation now. Nowadays the technical stuffing is not so important, and the real thing that consumers oppressate is design and style. For example few years ago Siemens provided new model called x 65 (m 65, sl 65, s 65…), at that time the Football World Championship went on, and the theme of Siemens mobile advertising was the Football Championship.

That x 65 models became very popular, because people love football. That is the single example, i could bring you decades of others… just to show you how advertisement programme is important for sales.

Well, thank you for attension! I hope you liked it!

Hello! Today it’s better!
